Affiliate vendors do not pay an administrative fee to be listed in our member directory. Subscription is annual and requires that you submit business card, brochures, promotions and discounts, and exclusive offers to TRB Concierge Services attention Vendor Relations. TRB maintains high standards of excellent customer service, quality and value and we show our appreciation to our affiliate vendors that do the same. To qualify to become a “TRB Recommended” vendor you must further allow one our representatives to sample your product or/and service. Ratings are evaluated based on your level of customer service; quality of product and service and your response to requests in a timely manner. We also encourage your support in offering the concierge clients and members exclusive benefits. Once approved, your company may use the “TRB Recommended” seal on your website and print materials. Pre-authorization of all materials must be approved by Vendor Relations prior to use of the seal.
